Meet Dr. Parks

Dr. Parks was born and raised in Salem, Oregon.  He attended Portland State University where he majored in Biology and minored in Art.  He graduated in 1998 with honors.  Dr. Parks graduated in 2002 from the Oregon Health Science University Dental School and has been practicing with Dr. Briles since 2003. Dr. Parks in a member of the Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General  Dentistry and Multnomah Dental Society, and pursues continuing education in all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Parks believes that aesthetics in dentistry are just as important as function and strives to provide his patients with restorations that look as natural as possible.  He is also a certified Invisalign practitioner and is able to combine orthodontics with cosmetic dentistry to create the perfect smile. Dr. Parks has traveled to Cambodia with Northwest Medical Teams to provide dental care to orphaned children.  In 2006, along with Dr. Briles and the Bridgeview Dental team, Dr. Parks began offering treatment to the women and children of Shepherd’s Door.  Shepherd’s Door is a local facility that provides care and service to homeless women and children in Portland.
